The enemy, Satan, will most likely begin to place thoughts in your mind of fear, doubt, skepticism, unworthiness and so on. What is inner healing and freedom?
It is the process through the Holy spirit of removing bad or demonic roots that produce bad fruit like, depression, sickness, mental disorders, addictions, bitterness, envy, insomnia, etc.
It is then replaced with godly and positive roots that produce, healing, joy, peace, love, gentleness, kindness, self control, Faithfulness, patience, long Suffering, etc.
